Another beautiful, sunny day. The castle owner tells Omar the story of a nearby historical castle that is worth visiting. 

After breakfast Omar is going there, by bike. I am not fit yet, on various sides of the body. So, I stay at home, trying to get some rest and some sleep.

The service here is spectacular. What you see here is the breakfast, just for the two of us. There were pancakes, various types of bread, fresh orange juice, jams, honey, olive oil, omlette, coffee and tea.

Before Omar took off for a side-seeing tour, he taped my arm. Just in case, I took some magnesium, vitamin C and Ibuprophen. I really want to move on tomorrow, as I am soo keen on seeing the desert, and the blue city.
